Terms of Service

Last updated: July 28, 2026 — draft, pending legal review before launch.

These terms will govern your use of the Coinly Android app once it's publicly available. This is a placeholder draft — replace it with a reviewed version before launch.

Using Coinly

Coinly is provided to help you track personal income and expenses. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Coinly is not a financial, tax, or investment advisor.

Your account & data

If you sign in with Google, you're responsible for keeping your account secure. Optional backups are stored in your own Google Drive — see our Privacy Policy · Delete Account for details.

Subscriptions

Premium features, if purchased, are billed through Google Play and subject to Google Play's own billing and refund terms. Pricing shown on this site is indicative and may change before launch.

Limitation of liability

Coinly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for financial decisions made based on data tracked in the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Coinly approaches launch. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
